Microvellum Toolbox - Nested Based Manufacturing |
| |
 |
| |
|
|
|
Nested based optimization results are
drawn in AutoCAD allowing you the freedom to manipulate
the machining on parts in the nest prior to generating
programs. Tool numbers, entry speeds, and feed speeds
can be controlled per material type making the program
generation very smart, and easy to use. |

Nested Parts |
| Nested patterns can be created for a
single product, a group of products, or the entire job.
Single part programs may be created by simply selecting
a part inside a nest. If horizontal machining or
machining on the opposite side is found within the nest,
separate programs are automatically created. There
is truly nothing hindering you from doing what you want
to do. |

Nest Results Screen |
| The result screen allows the user to
check the programs for each sheet for any problems that
the program might have had generating the g-code.
If the program cannot find tools that are used in the
nest in the tool file a red folder will be displayed
letting the user know that there is a problem with that
g-code file. The program will prompt you to delete
any programs that were generated that have problems. |
